The service staff is very good, but the passengers have a chaotic route and the management is very chaotic. Actually, when the guests are still there, they will take the key to the door. If there is an accident during this period, it is a major responsibility of the manager. Maybe you can take it. Go to a good price. Maybe this is an accident, in general it is not bad!

I always felt weird about coming into dealerships to have repairs or oil changes done. Compared to my last experience at a local dealership, they just wanted my money. The staff was wonderful. The timing was prompt and they were also flexible with my schedule. Prices were surprisingly competitive as well. I’ll definitely be returning for all my needs/tune ups!

This was one of the best experiences I have had. Tacoma, went above and beyond. A little back story before it got to Tacoma.... My Jeep started having problem in Idaho, while on work trip and before I even got it towed to their dealership, they had already tried to diagnose it. The dealership had it for almost 6 weeks. They went as far as unnecessarily replaced my cam shafts and I had to get my Jeep back home.. I was able to drive it home after 3k in work, and it broke down again after 2 days. Problem still wasnt fixed. Now, Tacoma, took my Jeep in and ran a few tests to diagnose the problem, after a couple days figured it out and bam. It was the cam shaft position sensor connector. It solved all the problems from the beginning. You all have gone above and beyond to help and fix my Jeep. After them working on it along with some tranny work, I finally have my Jeep back after 2 months! They have awesome customer service, friendly, welcoming, fast, and great teamwork! Thank you to everyone in the dealership who smiled upon entrance to the dealership. Thank you to service for everything, from day one. Great communication, answered questions, helped me better understand certain things, and always willing to say hi to you when you come in. Thank you to all the tech who worked on my Jeep, i know Dan and Ray worked on it, and maybe a few more. Thank you so much! Thank you to all the advisors, everyone of you is always willing to help each other out with each others part. Thank you Kahlan for playing phone tag and being patient with my schedule for work. We talked a lot, to keep me updated on what all was going on, when parts would be there, when they were close, and left me an awesome vm letting me know that my Jeep was finally ready!!! Thanks girl! Thank you so much Steve, service manager for making sure I was taken care of and helping so much. You have such a great team and you better keep them!!! To everyone else who helped along the way... Steve the GM, Eric the Service Director, the receptionist, and everyone I talked to either on the phone or in person. Steve and Eric, you have such a great team and you are all so amazing!
