The service department was FANTASTIC. We dealt specifically with Kahlan. She was truly the highlight of our Jeep ownership. Unfortunately, our brand new Jeep was an incredible disappointment and we spent far too much time in the Service Department before having our Jeep bought back by the manufacturer. The dealership, specifically Kahlan in the Service Department was great. I would just never purchase another Jeep.

Wonderful experience. Worked with Marcus and he was easy to work with, no pressure and I walked away with a wonderful car. The full car buying team, with the finance team, also made it easy to work with Tacoma Dodge. There was not a lot of back and forth and hardly any waiting time
They were wonderful. Im now a loyal customer. I felt like they helped me stay in my budget while fixing my jeep. My jeep is running better than the day i got it. I still have a few things i need to get fixed but they fixed the important stuff and gave me a print out of whats left to do thats not time sensitive. Andrew and the team at Tacoma dodge went above and beyond for the repairs on our 2018 JGC we had few mishaps prior in the past but the staff at Tacoma dodge treated us like family and took care of us, this is our second vehicle from there and we will be purchasing our third thank you Tacoma dodge!

Typically wait times aren’t too long but recently I waiting over 2 hours for my oil change. Otherwise no complaints.

Andrew was great in taking care of customers. Service was done as scheduled. And the new building was spacious and comfortable if you decide to wait for the services on your vehicle to be done.
I love coming here to get my oil changed. I have also had to have major jeep repairs and they took care of me. I wish they offered loaner cars for their customers but they send their customers to Enterprise Rent a car just down the street. The Customers have to pay for the rental car since Dodge does not offer it or reimbursements.
